On Deck offers a limited warranty for its boat deck installation, design, and measurement services.
Who is covered?
This limited warranty covers you, the original consumer who purchased the services from On Deck. It does not extend to any subsequent owner or other assignee of the services and cannot be transferred or assigned by you to any other person or entity.
What is covered?
This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in the installation, design, and measurement of your boat deck. This includes:
- Defective materials
- Defective workmanship
- Excessive discoloration or degradation of polymers due to defective materials
What is not covered?
This limited warranty does not cover the following:
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accident, negligence, or vandalism.
- Damage caused by exposure to extreme weather conditions, chemicals, or solvents.
- Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications.
- Damage caused by products not manufactured or sold by On Deck.
- Incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or use.
What is the warranty period?
This limited warranty begins on the date of your purchase and lasts for eighteen (18) months (the “Warranty Period”). The warranty period does not extend if we repair or replace the product. On Deck may change the availability of this limited warranty at its discretion, but any change will not be retroactive.
What remedies are available under this warranty?
Your sole remedy under this limited warranty is that On Deck, at its discretion, will repair or replace the product found to be defective during the Warranty Period. If On Deck chooses to repair the product, it will use new or certified refurbished parts. If On Deck chooses to replace the product, it will replace it with a new or equivalent refurbished product.
